Pre-made items: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your j.b. lane purchase. If within 60 days, there is a manufacturing defect we will repair the problem. If it is unable to be repaired, we will replace the item at no extra charge to you. If within 30 days of receiving your item, you change your mind on the style or color, please contact us and we will exchange your item or give you a full refund at no extra charge to you. (Tags need to be attached).

Custom Design items: May be returned for merchandise credit to be used within 3 months of issue.

Sale items: All items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be accepted for a return.

Please contact us prior to shipping items back. We will confirm your refund or exchange.

Please ship your item(s) by insured, traceable, mail to the address listed. Include a copy of your j.b. lane receipt and ship to the following address below:
